Small Move For Animate Store at London Waterloo

The X/Twitter feed of Animate Ltd's London's pop-up store in London, in The Sidings area beneath Waterloo station, has announced that the store will move "a few doors down" from Upper Ground 11 to Upper Ground 7.

The store will close at its current location after Wednesday August 19 and then open at the new location on Saturday August 22. It will be closed on the Thursday and Friday this week.

The pop-up is the first Animate store to appear in the UK. Animate Ltd's Japanese stores include one in the Tokyo district of Ikebukuro, which was certified by Guinness World Record in March 2024 as the world's largest anime shop/store.
