Scotland Loves Anime to Screen U.K. Premiere of Evangelion 3.0 (Updated)

Scotland Loves Animation made the following announcement on its website:
We're very proud to announce we will be hosting the UK premiere of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo!Not only that though, we've worked with them and our friends at Manga UK to bring the original theatrical versions of the first two Evangelion movies to the UK – so both 1.0 and 2.0 on 35mm reel! So you'll be able to enjoy the Evangelion films as they were intended to be seen in Japanese cinemas in a quality that suits them, a rare opportunity! Dates and ticket pre-orders to follow in due course with the rest of our line-up.
To make matters even better we have a few other cool surprises on the way with regards to the Third Impact Tour, no guests just now but we're working with partners on some other neat things Evangelion-related so watch this space..
The next Scotland Loves Anime event is due to run at GLASGOW from October 11 to 13, and at Edinburgh from October 18 to 20. Andrew Partridge told ANN that the provisional plan is to screen the three films at both cities, if the schedule makes that possible.
