Digital Manga Adds Dance Blade of the Spirit Master, No Pants, No Problem

Digital Manga, Inc. announced at its Fanime panel on Saturday that the company will add Issei Hyōju's (MM!) Dance Blade of the Spirit Master (Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance) manga adaptation of Yū Shimizu's light novel series and Azure Konno's No Pants, No Problem (Shiritsu Hakanai Gakuen) manga.

Hyōju has drawn the Dance Blade of the Spirit Master manga adaptation in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Alive magazine since 2012 and the third compiled volume shipped in March. In the "elemental fantasy," only a pure girl may enter into a spirit contract. At Areishia Spirit Academy, the daughters of nobility are assembled to take elite classes and become spirit elementalists. A boy named Kamito happened to be peeping on a student named Claire while she was taking a bath, and he accidentally makes a contract with a spirit instead of Claire. Now, Kamito has become something once thought impossible in this world — a male spirit elementalist.

The novels are inspiring anime adaptation slated to premiere in July.

Konno (Koe de Oshigoto!) launched No, Pants No Problem in Futabasha's Comic High! magazine last year and the second compiled volume was released on May 10. The romantic comedy's story begins when the pretty, mild-mannered student council president announces a new dress code regulation, "underwear are banned."

Konno's previous manga, Koe de Oshigoto! ran for 10 volumes and was adapted into two-episode original video anime in 2010. Media Blasters licensed the series last year and released it earlier this month.

Digital Manga also announced it will release Desire in the Viewfinder, the seventh volume in Ayano Yamane's Finder manga series; volumes 4 and 5 of Kazuma Kodaka's Border manga; and volume 2 of Kou Yoneda's Twittering Birds Never Fly.
