Bayonetta's Platinum Games Makes Legend of Korra for PC & Consoles
posted on by Egan Loo
The Japanese studio Platinum Games (Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Bayonetta 2) is developing a third-person combat game based on the American animated television franchise The Legend of Korra. Activision will release the game via download for the PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3 platforms this fall.
Tim Hedrick, a writer for the television franchise, is writing the story set between the second and third television seasons. The game will have players assuming the role of Korra as she battles Mecha Tanks, Chi Blockers, and other Benders. Webfoot Technologies is developing a separate turn-based strategy game for release on the Nintendo 3DS this year.
