N. American PS3 demo delayed from this week, but Xbox 360 one still debuting on schedule

Namco Bandai Games began streaming three new promotional videos (one in Japanese, two in English) for its Narutimate Storm Revolution (Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution) video game on Wednesday. The game will be available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox360, and PC outside of Japan. (The Japanese release will not include a release for personal computers.)

The PC version of the game will feature a "Storm League" mode, which allows players to set up and compete in tournaments online.

A demo for the game was scheduled to be released on the PlayStation Network on Tuesday, but the North American branch of Namco Bandai Games confirmed that the demo has been delayed. However, the Xbox 360 demo is being released on schedule.

The game will feature new gameplay mechanics, including the Combination Ultimate Jutsu attacks that allow players to combine powers to create more powerful techniques. The game will also feature more than 100 playable characters from both the Naruto and Naruto Shippūden anime.

CyberConnect2 is again developing the fighting game, and Namco Bandai Games will ship the game on September 11 in Japan. The game will ship in Europe on September 12. First copies of the game will include a special anime video titled, "Naruto Shippuden Sunny-Side Battle," as well as a limited "Itachi's Apron" costume.
