NIS America began streaming its official trailers for the Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited, Natural Doctrine, htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary, and Criminal Girls: Invite Only games. NIS America will release Disgaea 4 for the PlayStation Vita in North America on August 12, Natural Doctrine for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita on September 16, htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary for PS Vita digitally this fall, followed by Criminal Girls for the PS Vita next year.

NISA describes the story:

Seasoned explorers and novices alike venture underground into dangerous caves to collect the coveted material known as Pluton. During your first trip down into the depths of one of these mines, you and your new explorer friends quickly realize that things may be more dire than you had imagined as you encounter a brand-new type of evil lurking below the surface. You and your newfound friends must strategically defeat these new difficult foes and warn the kingdom of their presence before it's too late.

The title is the first effort from Kadokawa Game Studio, and the anime studio ufotable designed the characters. Kadokawa released the game on the same platforms in Japan in May.

The PS Vita strategy role-playing game will be available at retail and via digital download. It shipped in Japan in January.

The game is a port of 2011's Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten video game for the PlayStation 3. The port features a new story arc that tells the past between Valvaorez and Artina and a new character named Nagi Clockwork. NISA shipped Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten for the PlayStation 3 in 2011.

NISA describes the story:

n the depths of a labyrinthine ruin, a young girl named Mion rises from a deep sleep. Lost, alone, and with no memory of how she got here or where her parents are, she is greeted by two fireflies—one composed entirely of light, and another who lurks among the shadows. By shifting between a world of light and a world of shadows, these two fireflies must work together to recover Mion's memories and lead her out of the ruins, where voracious shadow beasts, ancient machines, and treacherous traps lie in wait to bar her path. But what secrets do Mion's lost memories contain? What is the connection between her, the ruins, and the fireflies lighting her escape? The answers may reveal a deeper darkness—one that must be faced from within...

NISA describes the story:

Seven delinquents, seven sins, and only one way out. Just hired for a new, mysterious job, you soon discover that this isn't your normal prison gig. You've been entrusted with the care of a crew of girls whose sins have damned their souls to Hell and an eternity of punishment... Their only hope of salvation is for you to recognize their unique histories, and to guide them along the path to redemption. Navigate through the four trials of the Redemption Program, and motivate your crew of delinquents to learn the skills to redeem themselves, or leave them to their fate.

Criminal Girls: Invite Only (Criminal Girls: Invitation) is the PlayStation Vita port of Nippon Ichi's Criminal Girls PSP game. The port includes two new playable characters, new scenarios, and updated artwork. NISA notes that certain aspects of the games were edited for its English release to "to bring this title to as many fans as possible."
