The official website for the Love Live! School Idol Paradise PlayStation Vita game began streaming a new promotional video for the game on Monday. The video notes that the songs "Bokura no LIVE Kimi to no LIFE" and "Snow halation" will be available as free downloadable songs for the game.
The video also shows off the coordination feature, which challenges players to dress up their idol unit for a song while listening to the opinions of the members of the group.
The limited first edition of the three volumes — Printemps, BiBi, lily white — will each cost 9,980 yen (about US$100). The regular editions of the "live concert creation games" will cost 6,480 yen (US$65). The limited edition packages will each contain three-figure Nendoroid Petit sets that correspond to the name of the package. All versions of the game will ship in Japan on August 28.
In 2010, the anime studio Sunrise, Lantis, and ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G Magazine launched Love Live! as a self-described "ultimate user-participation project" which lets its fans vote on the future of the fictional idols. A series of music CDs and animated music videos then followed.
The second anime series adaptation premiered in Japan on April 7. The media service Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan and NIS America has licensed the series for North American release.
