Musical Unit fripSide Gets 1st Solo Arena Concert

The musical unit fripSide announced on Saturday that it will hold its first solo arena concert on March 1, 2015. Ticket pre-orders for the "fripSide LIVE TOUR 2014-2015 FINAL in YOKOHAMA ARENA" concert will be held from September 19 to 26 for those who purchase the unit's latest album, "infinite synthesis 2."
The unit fripSide consists of voice actress Yoshino Nanjō (Ar Tonelico, Love Live!) who handles the vocals and producer/composer/programmer Satoshi Yaginuma. The unit performed the two opening themes for the first A Certain Scientific Railgun series, as well as the opening theme for the original video anime. They also performed theme songs for Koihime Musō (with nao as the vocalist), the Aa Megami-sama original anime video series, and Hayate the Combat Butler! Heaven Is a Place on Earth.
fripSide's "sister's noise" opening theme for the A Certain Scientific Railgun S television anime series ranked #1 on Japan's Oricon singles chart.
