Fujiko F. Fujio Characters' Wii U, 3DS Game Promo Streamed

Bandai Namco Games began streaming a promotional video for the Fujiko F. Fujio Characters Daishūgō! SF Dotabata Party!! (Fujiko F. Fujio Characters Big Gathering! Slightly Strange Slapstick Party!!) Nintendo 3DS and Wii U game on Friday. The game will be released for both systems on November 20. Players who preorder the game will get a special book.
The playable characters include Doraemon, Pāman, Korosuke (Roller Assistant) of Kiteretsu Daihyakka, 21 Emon, Chinpui, and Mami Sakura of ESPer Mami. In the game's multiplayer mode, players can choose from several boards and play minigames for "F Points," which can be traded friend characters that can help the player. The game will feature appearances from more than 60 characters. The game will also have a single-player story mode.
This year would have been Fujiko F. Fujio's 80th birthday. Shogakukan published the inaugural issue of F Life, the official magazine created to celebrate the event. Limited edition merchandise, other magazines, and an exhibit have featured characters from the creator's work.
