Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai Anime's 1st Promo Previews Tsugumi

The official website for the anime adaptation of Japanese adult game maker August's Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai: A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd visual novel began streaming the first promotional video for the series on Thursday.
Tsugumi: Today, I met with Kakei, and experienced a lot of things I never have before... That's why if I'm with Kakei, I feel like something new will begin!

"Team Nico" — which consists of staff members Kenichi Konishi (The Tale of Princess Kaguya, Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos animation director and character designer), Tomomi Kamiya (Space Dandy, Hal, Psycho-Pass animator), Asami Sodeyama ( Hayate the Combat Butler: Can't Take My Eyes Off You, Space Brothers, Saint Seiya Omega animator), Kaori Hayashi (The Tale of Princess Kaguya, The Garden of Words animator), and Yuu Nobuta ( Dog Days, Asura Cryin', Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 episode director) — will serve as director, character designer, and chief animation director.
Madoka Yonezawa will lead the cast as Tsugumi, and Junji Majima will also star as protagonist Kyōtarō. Other cast members include Nozomi Yamamoto as Senri, Yuka Saitou as Tamamo, Atsumi Tanezaki as Nagi, and Eri Sendai as Kana, among others.
The series will premiere on October 9.
