Pony Canyon's Anime Adaptation Prize winner to debut 2015
Pony Canyon began streaming a teaser trailer for the original D.back up anime project on Friday. Vocaloid composer chukka provided the image song.

Masashi Ishihama (From the New World, Kamichu!) is helming the anime at A-1 Pictures, and Fumihiko Shimo (Air, Clannad, Golden Time, Infinite Stratos) is serving as director and scriptwriter.
D.back up is slated to premiere in theaters in 2015. Physics Point, which consists of the creative duo Otono Shimura and Suyuri Hiraume, provided the plot, scenario, and illustration for the original concept, and won 1 million yen (about US$10,000) along with the opportunity to have their concept adapted into anime from Pony Canyon's first ever Anime-ka Taishō (Anime Adaptation Prize).
