Twin Angel: Twinkle Paradise Anime's Original Episode's Promo Streamed

Tomoko Kaneda, Mai Nakahara, Tomokazu Sugita join cast for January DVD/Blu-ray

Kadokawa began streaming a promotional video for the Kaitō Tenshi Twin Angel: Kyun Kyun Tokimeki Paradise!! (Twin Angel: Twinkle Paradise) original video anime (OVA) on Tuesday. The video features the OVA's ending theme song, "Equal Dream" by voice actresses Tomoko Kaneda and Rie Kugimiya.

Text: The Angels are in action at the Phoenix Seagaia Resort in Miyazaki!?
Haruka: This time, we're in action in Miyazaki! The OVA is going to be released on January 30, 2015 with tons of bonuses!

The OVA will feature the return of the cast:

Yukari Tamura as Haruka Minazuki/Red Angel
Mamiko Noto as Aoi Kannazuki/Blue Angel
Rie Kugimiya as Kurumi Hazuki/White Angel
Ryōka Yuzuki as Nine Violet/Twin Phantom
Yui Horie as Tesla Violet/Twin Phantom
Ryoko Shintani as Salome
Masaya Onosaka as Alexander
Nobuyuki Hiyama as Yuito Kisaragi/Kaitō Misty Night

Joining the cast will be Tomoko Kaneda as Ririka Asterdale, Mai Nakahara as Eris Firius, and Tomokazu Sugita as Napoleon.

The Blu-ray and DVD will release on January 30, 2015, with the Blu-ray costing 7,600 yen (about US$71) and the DVD costing 6,600 yen (US$61). The OVA will come bundled with a CD for the ending theme song, "Equal Dream," a three-sided box and jacket with new, original art, special schedule stickers, and a special postcard.

In the original anime, little girls transform into crime fighters with magic powers. The voice cast includes Mamiko Noto as Aoi Kannazuki, alias Blue Angel, Yukari Tamura as Haruka Minazuki, alias Red Angel, and Rie Kugimiya as Kurumi Hazuki, alias White Angel.

Before getting a television anime adaptation, the franchise received a set of two OVAs in 2008. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan in 2011.
