Nisekoi: Yomeiri!? PS Vita Game's 3rd Promo Previews Character Interactions

PlayStation Vita game based on Naoshi Komi's manga to ship November 27

Konami began streaming a third promotional video for the Nisekoi: Yomeiri!? PlayStation Vita game inspired by Naoshi Komi's Nisekoi manga on Thursday.

The video previews specific character interactions within the game, including choosing responses and character actions. The video also shows gameplay that gives nods to the Metal Gear Solid game series, also produced by Konami.

The game is slated to ship in Japan on November 27. First copies of the game will come with a product code for five "newlywed" scenarios and a reversible game jacket featuring Marika at the center due to a fan vote.

The manga revolves around Raku Ichijō (Kōki Uchiyama), a normal high school student who happens to be the heir to a yakuza group. The attractive but violent transfer student Chitoge Kirisaki (Nao Tōyama), the heir to a rival yakuza group, transfers to his class, and the two must pretend to date to keep a war from breaking out between their families.

The manga already inspired the Nisekoi Majikore!? "heroine-training true-love collection game" from Konami on Android and iOS devices. Chitoge is also a support character in Namco Bandai Games' J-Stars Victory Vs. "team battle action" video game.

Viz Media is releasing the original manga digitally and in print. The manga inspired a television anime and original video anime from chief director Akiyuki Shinbo, director Naoyuki Tatsuwa, character designer Nobuhiro Sugiyama, the anime studio SHAFT. Aniplex of America plans to release the television anime series on home video, and Crunchyroll streamed the television anime as it aired in Japan. A second season of the anime has been green-lit.
