Danganronpa Stage Play's Rehearsal Video Streamed

Mainichi Shimbun's Mantan Web began streaming a rehearsal video for theater production company Cornflakes' Danganronpa The Stage ~Kibō no Gakuen to Zetsubō no Kōkōsei~ (Danganronpa The Stage: The Academy of Hope and the High School Student of Despair) stage play on Tuesday. The play opens on Wednesday and will run until November 3 at the main hall of the Nippon Seinenkan in Tokyo.

NISA licensed and released the first two Danganronpa games in North America and Europe as Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and Danganronpa: Goodbye Despair. A spinoff game, Zettai Zetsubō Shōjo Danganronpa: Another Episode (Absolute Despair Girl Danganronpa: Another Episode), shipped on September 25 in Japan. The franchise inspired a television anime series that premiered last July, and Funimation streamed the series as it aired.
