Resident Evil HD Remaster's 2nd Trailer Shows Graphics & Gameplay

PS3, Xbox 360 versions ship in Japan on November 27

The official Resident Evil YouTube channel began streaming a second trailer for Resident Evil HD Remaster (Biohazard HD Remaster) on Wednesday. The HD remaster of the original Resident Evil will be made for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The remaster will debut digitally in Europe and North America in early 2015.

The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will ship in Japan on November 27.

The original Resident Evil survival horror game debuted in 1996 on the PlayStation. A remake then appeared on the Nintendo GameCube in 2002. The most recent installment in the franchise, Resident Evil 6, was released in 2012 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. CAPCOM is working on the new Resident Evil: Revelations 2 game for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
