Persona 4 Stage Play Replaces Mariya Ise Due to Poor Health

The official Twitter account for the the stage play based on the Persona 4 Arena (Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena) fighting game announced on Wednesday that Makoto Koichi will replace Mariya Ise (pictured right) as Chie Satōnaka due to Ise's poor physical health.
Across Entertainment representative Jun Fujisaki clarified on Ise's official blog on Wednesday that her doctor is advising four weeks of rest.
Ise's recent anime roles include Durarara!!×2's Mika Harima, Fairy Tail's Levi, Hunter x Hunter's Killua, and Cross Ange's Misty Rosenblum.
The original PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game features characters from Atlus' Persona game franchise. The stage play will run in the Tokyo Geijutsu Gekijō Playhouse from December 19 to December 23. The stage play is offering refunds for anyone who purchased tickets to see Ise's performance.
