Voice actor Riki Takeuchi and the staff of Yakuza 0 unveiled two special Ryu ga Gotoku 0: Chikai no Basho (Yakuza 0: Place of Oath) PlayStation 4 models during a live streaming event on Monday. The system will ship on the same day as the game, March 12, 2015, and retail for 41,980 yen (about US$348). Pre-orders are open via the Sony Store.

The system comes in Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima versions, and each version is available in Jet Black or Glacial White. Each system includes a DualShock controller, power cord, and HDMI and USB cables.

Yakuza 0 is a prequel to other games in the Yakuza series, and follows Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima as they work in "Kamurocho" in Tokyo and "Sōtenbori" in Osaka in 1988. The game will feature Japanese brands and businesses as they were in the 80's, as well as playable Sega games from the era.

The game is slated to ship for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 for 8,190 yen (about US$76). Several mini-games will be available on an app for PlayStation Vita, from which players can transfer money and power to the main game.
