Lament of the Lamb's Toume Resumes Mahoromi Manga

Series about architecture major with mysterious power went on hiatus last February

This year's sixth issue of Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits magazine published the 27th chapter of Kei Toume's Mahoromi - Jikū Kenchiku Genshitan (Mahoromi - The Story of Space-time Construction Visual Hallucinations) manga on Monday. The chapter is the first one Toume has published since she published chapter 26 in last year's 13th issue of Big Comic Spirits on February 24.

Toume launched the manga in Big Comic Spirits in 2010 as an irregular serialization. Shogakukan released the third compiled volume February 28. The story follows a college freshman and architecture major named Niwa. One day Niwa goes to see the demolition of a Western-style house with his friend Akira. He touches a doorknob he finds there and sees a vision of a mysterious door. He returns again that night and sees a strange girl who tells Niwa that the building has "memories." This girl has the same power as Niwa, and she turns Niwa's everyday life upside-down.

Tokyopop and Del Rey published Toume's Lament of the Lamb and Kurogane manga, respectively, in English.

Update: Grammar fixed. Thanks, Laethiel
