"Let it Go" tops both overall, anime song list for 2014

Karaoke giant JOYSOUNDxUGA announced last month the results of its "Joysound 2014 Rankings." Frozen's "Let it Go" topped both the overall and anime song lists for the year. Since its debut in April, "Let it Go" has stayed at the top of the list for 33 consecutive weeks.

On the overall chart, "Let it Go" is followed by AKB48's "Koi Suru Fortune Cookie" single, which inspired promotional prefecture videos across Japan. "Let it Go" also ranked at the top of Joysound's ranking for the first half of 2014.

On the Animation Songs list, "Cruel Angel's Thesis" and "Guren no Yumiya" dropped from #1 and #2 to #2 and #4, respectively. Five other songs from both the English and Japanese versions of Frozen also appeared on the top Anisong list.
