The February issue of Shinshokan's Dear+ Comics magazine announced on Wednesday that Gido Amagakure will launch the tentatively titled Aoi Tori yori (From the Blue Bird) manga in the next issue. The March issue will go on sale in Japan on February 14.
The new manga will be a sequel to Amagakure's previous boys-love manga Seinen Hakkaten (Young Men's Flashpoint) and is set seven years after the original story with the same protagonists Yamakuma and Manabu. The magazine teases, "What will Yamakuma and Manabu be like after seven years? The adulthood arc of Seinen Hakkaten starts!"
Gido Amagakure's 100 Blossoms to Love was previously published by the now defunct JManga platform. Her Amaama to Inazuma (Double-Sweet and Flash of Lightning) manga was ranked number 8 in the Top 20 Manga for Male Readers category for the 2014 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! guidebook.
