Japan's Animation DVD Ranking, January 26-February 1

The regular edition of Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends sold 6,504 more copies for a new total of 34,354. It dropped from #2 to #3 on the overall DVD chart. The deluxe edition added 1,429 copies to its total of 13,807. It dropped from #3 to #26. The regular edition of Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno added 2,103 copies to its total of 44,111. It fell from #10 to #20 in its seventh week. The Mamoru Miyano Live Tour 2014 ~Wakening!~ concert DVD sold 2,769 copies to rank #12.
The first DVD-Box of Itazura na Kiss 2 ~Love in Tokyo (Mischievous Kiss 2: Love in Tokyo) landed at #13 with 2,693 copies. The limited complete pressing of KANJANI Eight's Eight Ranger 2 sold 2,638 more copies for a new total of 42,054. In its second week, it dropped from #1 to #14.
Hiro Shimono's Shimono Hiro no Omotenashi-mo! Vol. 4 sold 2,451 copies to debut at #16. Persona 3 the Weird Masquerade was #22 with 1,662 copies.
The Yowamushi Pedal Hakone Gakuen-hen stage play fell from #4 to #32. It added 1,278 copies to its total of 11,466. The musical Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon -Petite Estrangere- debuted at #41 with 997 copies.
The seventh volume of The Next Generation -Patlabor- debuted at #42 by selling 985 copies. Toshiyuki Morikawa's Morikawa Toshiyuki no Happy Bō Lucky Vol. 4 was #9 with 790 copies.
