Hiroyuki Utatane to End Tengoku - Heaven's Prison Manga in 2 More Chapters

Supernatural action manga first launched in 2002

The March issue of Shueisha's Ultra Jump magazine is announcing on Thursday that Hiroyuki Utatane's Tengoku - Heaven's Prison manga will end in two more chapters. If the manga continues without a break, it will end in the magazine's May issue, which Shueisha will publish on April 18. The magazine also notes that Shueisha will publish the manga's 10th compiled volume on March 19, the 11th compiled volume in May, and the 12th compiled volume in June.

The manga's story begins with Touko, an average high school student living out boring days. But one day, after she and her friend Mari see a traffic accident, Touko finds Saki, a girl that only Touko can see, collecting blood. When she rushes away, she encounters a silver-haired boy, Utsuho, staked at the chest. A mysterious man is trying to finish off Utsuho, but Saki arrives and lets Utsuho drink her blood, saving him. It seems that Touko is destined to be involved in unbelievable circumstances.

Utatane (Seraphic Feather, Lythtis) first launched the manga in Ultra Jump in 2002. Shueisha published the manga's ninth compiled volume last year on November 19.
