PS Vita version of RPG slated for Japan on April 30

Game developer AQUAPLUS began streaming a promotional movie for its upcoming PlayStation Vita port of the PlayStation Portable game ToHeart2 Dungeon Travelers. The trailer highlights the game's high-definition graphics and 3D map remakes, updated from the original. The new version also features more detailed icons and a revised user interface.

The game is slated for release on April 30 in Japan as a premium edition for 7,400 yen (about US$63), regular edition for 4,800 yen (US$41), and download edition for 4,017 yen (US$34).

The premium edition will include a microfiber towel, a Konomi Yuzuhara rubber strap, a compilation of production materials including rough drawings, and a soundtrack CD. Players who preorder the game will also get a Tamaki Kōsaka strap.

The original ToHeart2 Dungeon Travelers RPG shipped in 2011 and inspired an original video anime adaptation.

North America's Right Stuf released the To Heart television anime series, which is based on the original visual novel of the same name. The followup game ToHeart2 inspired a ToHeart2 television series and four video anime series (ToHeart2, ToHeart2ad, ToHeart2 adplus, ToHeart2 adnext).
