Bloodborne Story, Musical Score Previewed in New Videos

PlayStation Japan began streaming previews of From Software's action role-playing game Bloodborne's story and musical score. Hidetaka Miyazaki is directing the game which will will arrive in North America on March 24.

The video shows recordings of the track “Cleric Beast” by composer Tsukasa Saitoh at Lyndhurst Hall in London.

Sony describes the action role-playing game:

Face your fears as you search for answers in the ancient city of Yharnam, now cursed with a strange endemic illness spreading through the streets like wildfire. Danger, death and madness lurk around every corner of this dark and horrific world, and you must discover its darkest secrets in order to survive.

The limited first edition of Bloodborne includes a special artbook, a complete soundtrack, and a steel collectors case for US$79.99.

Sony unveiled a "Bloodborne Limited Edition" PlayStation 4 console bundle as a tie-in with the PlayStation 4 game's Japanese release. The system bundle will ship on the same day as the game, March 26, and retail for 47,480 yen (about $402, plus tax). The Japanese special edition includes the artbook, the special "'Top Hat' Messenger Skin" DLC costume, a mini-soundtrack with the game's main theme and two other songs, and a Bloodborne theme for the PlayStation Dynamic Menu.
