Kuroko recruits Ryōta in video for March 26 3DS game

Bandai Namco Games began streaming a new gameplay video for its upcoming Kuroko no Basuke: Mirai e no Kizuna (Kuroko's Basketball : Ties of the Future) Nintendo 3DS game, titled "Deepen Your Relationship With Your Friends to Your Heart's Content!" The video shows how to recruit and improve Kuroko's relationship with Ryōta.

Bandai Namco Games streamed the game's first promotional video on December 21, and began streaming the second promotional video last Monday. Bandai Namco Games streamed a gameplay video showing the character scouting mechanics on February 8.

The game will ship on March 26 for 5,690 yen (about US$48). First copies of the game will come bundled with a "Dramatic Sound Novel" titled "Teikō Junior High: A Miraculous Day," as well as a download code to receive a "Teikō Junior High Uniform" costume. The game will be the third Kuroko's Basketball game released for a portable gaming system.

Unlike the previous 3DS game, the new one lets players move characters freely around the court. Characters are bigger onscreen, and the power of special moves has been increased. The game will also offer a part where characters can go around town to chat and deal with game-original events.

The first portable Kuroko's Basketball game, Kuroko no Basket: Kiseki no Game (Kuroko's Basketball: Miraculous Game), debuted on the PSP in 2012. The second game, Kuroko no Basuke -Shōri e no Kiseki- (Kuroko's Basketball -The Path to Victory-), shipped for the 3DS on February 2013.
