This year's 19th issue of Shogakukan's Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine is announcing on Monday that Inio Asano will resume his Dead Dead Demon's Dededededestruction manga in the magazine's 20th issue on April 13. The 20th issue will include an opening color page for the manga, and the new chapter will mark the start of the manga's third part.

The magazine had announced in December that Asano would put the manga on hiatus until this spring.

The series revolves around the strange everyday life of the very ordinary high school girl Kadode Koyama, her friend Ouran Nakagawa, and others in a world where a giant mothership has appeared over Tokyo. Asano launched the series in Big Comic Spirits in April 2014, and Shogakukan shipped the second compiled volume on February 27. The tentative title before launch was Honobono no Fūfu (Tender-hearted Couple).

Asano previously put the series on hiatus in July, but he resumed it in October.

Shogakukan is streaming a trailer for the manga:

Asano ended his Oyasumi Punpun manga series in November 2013. Viz Media has published Asano's previous series Solanin and What a wonderful world!, and Fantagraphics Books published Asano's horror manga Nijigahara Holograph last year. Vertical Comics announced last month that it will publish Asano's A Girl on the Shore (Umibe no Onna no Ko) manga.
