Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3 slated for June 24, Samurai Warriors 4-II for October 2 in Europe

Koei Tecmo Europe confirmed on its official Twitter account on Wednesday that it would be bringing both Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3 and Samurai Warriors 4-II to Europe.

Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3 is the third installment in the series of portable spinoffs of the main Samurai Warriors action video game series (themselves a spinoff of the Dynasty Warriors series). Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3 was originally released in Japan on December 4 for the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita. The Nintendo 3DS version includes outfits based on characters such as Link and Zelda as they appear in the Hyrule Warriors spinoff. It is slated for a June 24 release in Europe. No North American release date has been announced yet.

Samurai Warriors 4-II is a revised version of the original Samurai Warriors 4 PS3/PS4/PS Vita game. The game adds the Dream Castle mode from Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3, and allows players to create their own player character. Samurai Warriors 4-II was originally released in Japan on February 11. It is slated for an October 2 release for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, and PC in Europe. No North American release date has been announced yet.

Both games will be playable in the Koei Tecmo Europe booth in the MCM London Comic Con from May 22 to 24.
