HD port of PSP game already released on PS4/Xbox One

Square Enix announced on Tuesday that it is bringing Final Fantasy Type-0 HD to PCs via Steam. It made the announcement at the 2015 MSI Computex Gaming Night in Taipei, and added that it will reveal the release date and other details in the future.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is the high-definition port of Square Enix's original Final Fantasy Type-0 on the Playstation Portable system. It already debuted on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in March:

Square Enix describes Final Fantasy Type-0 HD:

Step into the fray as Class Zero, a group of fourteen students from an elite military academy whose country is attacked by an aggressive neighboring Empire. Using the powerful abilities and magic of all fourteen characters in fast-paced action RPG combat, players must face the brutality and injustices of war to uncover the secrets of its genesis.

Square Enix has gradually brought many entries in the Final Fantasy franchise to PCs. It brought the enhanced 3D remake of Final Fantasy IV: The After Years to Steam on May 12. Last week, it announced that it will bring the Final Fantasy Agito smartphone game to Windows 10 later this year.
