JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven Game's 2nd Promo Video Previews Playable Characters

Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming the second promotional video on Saturday for its JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven PS3/PS4 fighting game. The video introduces the game's playable characters. The character Rohan Kishibe (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya) narrates the trailer. Rohan discusses how you need reality in order to create a good manga before launching into videos of each playable character from each arc of Hirohiko Araki's original manga.

The video confirms that Mohammed Avdol and Mariah from Part III: Stardust Crusaders will join the lineup of playable characters. The video also reveals that Chinatsu Akasaki will voice Yukako Yamagishi from Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable.

A second demo for the game will launch in the next few days for the PS4. The demo includes six playable characters: Part I's Dio and Jonathan; Part II's Cars; and Part III's Jotarō, Kakyoin, and N'Doul.

The character lineup so far includes:

Joseph Joestar's older incarnation will use both his Stand powers and Hamon powers, and Dio will fight in his vampire style in the game.

Bandai Namco Entertainment plans to release the game in Japan this year.

Hiroshi Matsuyama returns as director at CyberConnect2, Kenei Nakasha is designing the game, and Chikayo Fukuda is composing the music. Bandai Namco Entertainment made changes to the game to increase its quality based on feedback from those who played the demo that the company released last December. Changes include a "Dual Combo" where players can use an assist character to unleash a combo attack, and improvements to the gauges and battle tempo.

The JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle PS3 fighting game arrived in Japan in 2013 and later arrived in the United States in April 2014. CyberConnect2 developed the game for Namco Bandai Games, with Hiroshi Matsuyama directing. The fighting game featured characters from all eight parts of Hirohiko Araki's JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series.
