A promotional video for the collaboration between Seiken Densetsu -Final Fantasy Gaiden- (Final Fantasy Adventure) and Seiken Densetsu Rise of Mana debuted on Thursday. It ended by announcing that "production on a [new] Seiken Densetsu -Final Fantasy Gaiden- has been green-lit."
The video itself promotes the addition of "popular" Final Fantasy Adventure characters such as Julius in the smartphone game Seiken Densetsu Rise of Mana.
Game developer Square (now Square Enix) released the original Final Fantasy Adventure for Game Boy in 1991. The game was the first spinoff of the Mana series.
