CyberConnect2 Working on 3 Games for New Generation Consoles (Updated)

CyberConnect2 CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama told Kadokawa's Famitsu magazine in March that the company had three unannounced titles it is developing in commemoration of the company's 20th anniversary. CyberConnect2 had posted a recruitment ad in Famitsu and on its website (pictured at right) featuring keywords for the three games. Matsuyama clarified with Famitsu which keywords were for which titles:
- Title 1: photo-realism, RPG, worldwide, Unreal Engine 4, physics-based rendering
- Title 2: open world
- Title 3: virtual reality
Matsuyama clarified that all three titles were for the new generation of consoles.
Update: The teaser website for a ".hack// Game Project" previously reported in this article as new is from 2011, and CyberConnect2 has not changed the look of the site since then. Thanks, salromano.
