Indonesian publisher Elex Media announced on its Facebook page on Friday that it has licensed Satoshi Shiki's Attack on Titan: Junior High comedy spinoff manga. Elex Media will publish the first volume in Indonesian on Wednesday, priced at 22,000 rupiah.

The Attack on Titan: Junior High manga re-imagines Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and other cast members from the original manga as students and teachers at Titan Junior High School.

Elex Media publishes Hajime Isayama's original Attack on Titan manga in Indonesia under its Level Comics imprint. Elex Media also published Ryo Suzukaze's Attack on Titan: Before the Fall light novel prequel in Indonesia on June 24, also under its Level Comics imprint. The live-action Attack on Titan film will premiere in Indonesia on August 19.

Nakagawa launched the Attack on Titan: Junior High (Shingeki! Kyojin Chūgakkō) manga in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in 2012. Kodansha published the manga's seventh compiled book volume on April 9, and it will publish the eighth volume on August 7.

Isayama's original Attack on Titan manga depicts the battles between humans and the giants who now rule the world outside humans' walled enclaves. Isayama launched the series in Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in 2009. Kodansha published the manga's 16th compiled book volume on April 9, and it will publish the 17th volume on August 7.
