Shueisha Ceases Publication of Garaku.mag Magazine

Manga continuing online include new Hentai Kamen series

Shueisha's Garaku.mag magazine announced in its ninth and final issue on Monday that the magazine will cease publication.

Shueisha has collaborated with Home-sha's online manga publication Garaku no Mori to publish the magazine every two months since April 2014. The covers feature art by Range Murata (Last Exile, Shangri-La).

The print publication included Keishuu Andou's fighting gag comedy manga series Hentai Kamen 0 and Hentai Kamen EX. According to the magazine, a new series is in preparation for the Garaku no Mori website.

The following titles will continue for free on the Garaku no Mori website:

  • Kaishaku's (Destiny of the Shrine Maiden, Steel Angel Kurumi) 2×2
  • Hitoshi Tomizawa's (Alien Nine Emulators) Enchantland

  • Hajime Yamamura's (Kamisama Dolls, After School Nightmare) Seven Edge
  • Kazushi Watanabe and Seisaku Kanō's Ōma no Mori no Nageki Hime
  • Mizuki Watanabe's (Days of Cool Idols!) Ope-chū desu ga, Nanika?
  • Masahiko Nakahira's Akaikemono
  • Rino Shimura's Ajisai Town Sessions
  • Shūtarō Yamada's Hakaba no Shicinin
  • Shinichi Hiromoto's Ryōma Revolution

  • Minako Uchida's Circuit Wanderers
  • Takahara Matsumoto's Mezzanine
  • Kōto Arizono's Muyugai no Jyujin

The following series will continue in print:

  • Maki Matsuda's Aurora no Ginyoku
  • Masaya Hokazono and Yu Satomi's Mushihime

Jirō Asada and Takumi Nagayasu's Mibu Gishiden will continue at an as-yet-undecided location.
