Mr. Osomatsu's Ending Theme Single Sells 67,000, Ranks #3

Sexy Zone's single with Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai film's theme ranks #1

The CD single for "Six Same Faces ~Kon'ya wa Saikō!", the ending theme song of the Mr. Osomatsu television anime series, sold 67,000 copies in its first week and ranked #3 in the Oricon singles chart for the December 14-20 week.

The main cast members of the anime performed the song, including Kenichi Suzumura, Takahiro Sakurai, Yūichi Nakamura, Hiroshi Kamiya, Jun Fukuyama, Daisuke Ono, and Miyu Irino. Avex Pictures released the single on December 16.

Idol Group Sexy Zone's "Colorful Eyes" ranked #1 in the chart. The single contains "Make My Day," the theme song of the live-action film adaptation of Makino's Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai manga. The single sold 173,000 copies. Pony Canyon released the single on December 16.

Fujio Akatsuka's original Osomatsu-kun manga and "high tension comedy" TV anime centered on the Matsuno household, which has six naughty and mischievous sons (who are sextuplets). All of the sextuplets, including the eldest Osomatsu, are all in love with the same girl, Totoko. The original series followed the family when the sons were 10 years old. The show re-imagines the original manga and TV anime with the sextuplets as adults.

The series premiered on October 5. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan.
