Voice Actress Kana Akutsu Announces Retirement

Voice of Gunslinger Girl's Henrietta, Fire Emblem Awakening's Tharja, Atelier Escha & Logy's Flameu
Voice actress Kana Akutsu announced her retirement via Twitter on Sunday. Akutsu will be leaving her agency Mausu Promotion on December 31.

Akutsu's anime roles include the starring role of Henrietta in Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino and Minori in Minori Scramble! In games, she voiced Mine in Amnesia, Flameu in Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky, and Tharja in Fire Emblem Awakening. She reprised her Amnesia and Atelier Escha & Logy roles in the games' anime adaptations.
