1st Kizumonogatari Film Listed as 60 Minutes Long by Theater

The Cinema City theater in Tachikawa, Tokyo lists the Kizumonogatari I: Tekketsu-hen (Blood and Iron) film as 60 minutes long. The movie's official website has yet to list the runtime, and theaters in the past have listed tentative runtime estimates for other movies before those movies' precise final runtimes were made public.
Kizumonogatari is the third volume in NisiOisin's Monogatari book series and is a prequel to Bakemonogatari. The novel tells the story of how protagonist Koyomi encounters the female vampire that would turn him and his journey to return to his normal life.
The film project is a trilogy, and the first film will open on January 8.
