The April issue of Kodansha's ARIA magazine published the final chapter of Rei Rairaku and Yui Kuroe's K: Dream of Green manga on Saturday. The issue also revealed that Kuroe will launch a new manga in the July issue of ARIA, which will ship at the end of May.
Kodansha published the prologue of K: Dream of Green in ARIA last September, and the series officially began serialization in October. Kodansha will publish the one compiled book volume on April 7.
The manga, a spinoff of Rairaku and Kuroe's K manga, depicts the story from the point of view of the Green Clan "jungle," and its King, Hisui Nagare.
Rairaku and Kuroe launched K: Countdown in ARIA magazine in December 2014, and ended the manga in July 2015. Kuroe previously serialized the K: Days of Blue manga, and worked with Rairaku on the K: Memory of Red spinoff manga. The media project also inspired several other manga series, including K: Lost Small World by Yoru Ōkita, K: The First by Rin Kimura, and Gakuen K by Jiro Suzuki.
