World Cosplay Summit UK Qualifiers at MCM London Comic Con

The MCM London Comic Con festival, which will run from May 27 to 29 at London's ExCel centre, has made the following announcement regarding the World Cosplay Summit UK Qualifier.
The world's most recognised international cosplay contest, the annual World Cosplay Summit has been bringing cosplayers from across the globe to Japan to compete in a grand final since 2003. This year, we're proud to announce that the WCS's UK Qualifiers will for the first time take place at MCM London Comic Con, the world's third largest comic con.On Saturday 28 May, a team of two will be selected from among Britain's best cosplayers to represent their country at the World Cosplay Summit, with the victorious duo being flown to Japan for over a week of activities and attractions, including the WCS final itself.
If you are interested in taking part, sign-ups for the World Cosplay Summit 2016 UK Qualifier - as well as Comic Con's Cosplay Masquerades - will go live HERE from 19:00 BST on Tuesday 5 April. And if you're unable to take part this time, come along to this May's MCM London Comic Con and root for your favourite cosplayers!
