The official PlayStation YouTube channel began streaming a video on Thursday for Street Fighter V featuring Juri, a new character for the game that will debut on July 26 as a downloadable character. The character is playable at the Street Fighter V booth at San Diego Comic Con this week.
Juri debuted in the series with Super Street Fighter IV in 2010.
The official U.S. PlayStation blog also revealed on Thursday that CAPCOM will begin offering Premium Summer costume DLC for Ibuki, Cammy, and Laura on July 26.
Sony revealed at the PlayStation Experience event last December that six additional characters will be released post-launch in 2016: Alex, Guile, Ibuki, Balrog, Juri, and Urien. Of these, CAPCOM has released or revealed release dates for the first five, with only Urien left without a release date.
CAPCOM released the game's free "The Shadow Falls" story expansion DLC on July 1.
Street Fighter V is the latest entry in the Street Fighter fighting game franchise. The game contains new features, such as V-Reversal moves, and a special V-Trigger mode. The game shipped on February 16 in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4 and PC (via Steam).
Playable characters include Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Nash, M. Bison, Cammy, Birdie, Vega, Karin Kanzuki, Necalli, Rainbow Mika, Zangief, Laura, Rashid, Dhalsim, and F.A.N.G. The game launched with a core of 16 playable characters.
