Anime Limited Outlaw Star Blu-ray Due December 5

Anime Limited has announced it will release a Limited Collector's edition Blu-ray edition of Outlaw Star on December 5.
The 26-part series will be carried on four Blu-ray (BD50) discs. The set will also include a 100-page “Building a Universe” art book, with Line Arts, Image Boards and Mecha & Props.
The video assets are identical to the Japanese Blu-ray release. At the above link, Anime Limited has embedded the title sequence. 'A streamed clip can't replicate the experience of watching the actual Blu-ray disc itself, but can certainly give you a good indication of what to expect."
The space comedy-adventure series Outlaw Star ran for 26 episodes in 1998, produced by Morning Star Studios. It was directed by Mitsuru Hongo (Shamanic Princess, Sakura Wars: The Movie, Reideen) and features mecha designs by veterans Junya Ishigaki (Macross Frontier, Mobile Suilt Gundam Wing, Angelic Layer) and Shōji Kawamori (Macross Plus, Eureka 7, Super Dimension Fortress Macross).
