4th Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki OVA's 1st Promo Video Centers on Ryōko

The official website of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki Dai-4-Ki, the fourth OAV in the Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki OVA series, began streaming a Ryōko version of its first promotional video on Thursday. Ai Orikasa narrates the video as Ryōko.

Mainichi Shimbun's Mantan Web site additionally began streaming a different version of the first promotional video on Friday. Masami Kikuchi narrates the video as Tenchi, and the video also features Orikasa whispering as Ryōko at the end.

Masaki Kajishima is credited with the original concept, character design, and as general director. Hidetoshi Takahashi (Sword Art Online II, Your Lie in April episode director) is directing the anime at AIC and C2C. Hideki Shirane (Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar, Tenchi Muyo! GXP) returns to supervise and pen the series' scripts. Takeshi Oda (Yurumates3Dei, Oneechan ga Kita) is adapting the character designs for animation, and Ryo Sakai (Glass Maiden, Kino's Journey, Ceres, Celestial Legend) and Crunch All Stars are composing the music. Serena Kozuki will perform both the opening theme song "Tenchi Muyo!" and the ending theme song "Shake the DiCE."

The OVA's first Blu-ray Disc volume is slated for November 30.

The new OVA will be the first entry in the OVA series in 11 years since last episode of the third OAV debuted in 2005.
