Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san Manga Takes 2-Month Break

Manga will resume on November 22

This year's 20th issue of Kodansha's Evening magazine announced on Tuesday that Yasuhisa Kubo's Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san (You're Being Summoned, Azazel) manga will go on a break to "the author's circumstances." The manga's next chapter will appear in the magazine's 24th issue on November 22.

The manga last entered a hiatus in May 2014, but resumed in January 2015.

The gag comedy story revolves around the detective Akutabe, his assistant Rinko Sakuma, and the various magical demons (such as Azazel) that Akutabe uses for his cases. The manga has been running in Evening since 2007, and the series was nominated for the 2nd Manga Taisho Award in 2009. Kodansha released the manga's 13th compiled book volume in Japan on April 22.

The manga inspired a television anime series in 2011 and a second season in 2013. Right Stuf released both seasons on DVD in February 2015. Crunchyroll added both series in May.
