Elex Media Licenses Warudol, Detarame Mōsōryoku Opera Manga

Indonesian publisher Elex Media Komputindo announced on Thursday that it has licensed Bisco Hatori's Detarame Mōsōryoku Opera and Hitotsuki Yamada's Warudol manga. The company will publish the first volumes of both manga on November 16.
The Detarame Mōsōryoku Opera "closet spectacle comedy" centers on Hifumi, a student who barely failed an entrance exam. One day, "harmonious people" suddenly appear out of her apartment closet and ask for help in saving their parallel universe.
Hatori published the first chapter in Hakusensha's LaLa magazine in January 2012, and published subsequent chapters throughout that year. Hakusensha published the manga's one compiled book volume in December 2012.
Warudol centers on Hachiya, the strongest group of delinquents in Tokyo who boast about their low intelligence, claiming that they've been bad since they were born. However, they are suddenly thrust into the role of being pop idols.
Yamada launched the manga in Shogakukan's Shōnen Sunday S magazine in 2015. Shogakukan published the manga's third compiled book volume on April 18.
