Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! 2017's Series Ranking

The 2017 edition of Takarajimasha's Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! (This Light Novel Is Amazing!) guidebook is reporting its list of the top light novel series on Thursday. This year, the category is divided between bunkobon (smaller A6-sized books) and tankōbon (larger B6-sized books). The bunkobon rankings include:

  1. Ryūō no Oshigoto!

Wataru Watari's My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected previously topped the 2014, 2015, and 2016 lists, but does not appear in this year's list (no new volume in the series was released this year). Sword Art Online ranked at second on the 2015 and 2016 lists. It previously topped the 2012 and 2013 lists.
