Media distribution service Crunchyroll, New York-based cinema advertisement company Screenvision Media, and Denver-based event cinema company KAOS Connect announced on Tuesday that they will launch "Anime Movie Night," a quarterly series of theatrical screenings of anime episodes or films. The first event is slated for this April.
Crunchyroll did not announce which titles will screen at the events, but teased "some of the most popular anime titles, both new and classic." In addition to anime, the events will offer behind-the-scenes features on the anime's production.
Crunchyroll began streaming a teaser video for the event series. The video features clips from Nanbaka, Bungo Stray Dogs, Bloodivores, and Soul Buster.
