Elex Media Licenses Hōkago Death Game Manga

Indonesian publisher Elex Media announced on Thursday that it has licensed Mako Fukunaga's Hōkago Death Game manga. The publisher will ship the manga's one compiled book volume on May 24.
The manga collects short stories that Fukunaga published in Shogakukan's Ciao magazine from 2013 to 2015. The title story centers on a boy who becomes a regular at a second-hand shop that his sister pointed out to him. The shop's owner assures the boy that if he wishes to trade anything in, he will give the boy a different item after one week. All the items the boy receives in return have miraculous effects. He starts trading in items regularly, until he runs out of things to trade. He then tries to find what else he owns that he can trade for more miracle items.
Shogakukan published the book in October 2015.
