Little Witch Academia Anime Gets PS4 Game This Year

A teaser commercial announced on Monday morning that an game adaptation of the Little Witch Academia anime has "finally" been green-lit for the PlayStation 4 console. Bandai Namco Entertainment will ship the Little Witch Academia: Toki no Mahō to Nana Fushigi (Little Witch Academia: The Magic of Time and the Seven Wonders) "heart-throbbing, exciting action adventure game" this year.
The game will tell an original story about Akko and the others searching the Luna Nova Magical Academy to uncover the seven wonders therein. The game will recreate the detailed expressions and dynamic movements from the anime in 3D. The game will include "impressive" CG animation in the battle scenes.
The tagline on the game's website reads, "The story of the witches who aim for the future is not over…"
