Yomawari: Midnight Shadows Promo Video Streamed

The official website for Nippon Ichi Software's upcoming Yomawari: Midnight Shadows game began streaming a promotional video on Thursday. The video introduces the game's story and previews the gameplay.
The game ships in Japan for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on August 24. NIS America will release the game in North America and Europe this fall for the PS4, PS Vita and PC via Steam.
NIS America describes the game:
The follow-up to 2016's cult horror hit Yomawari: Night Alone, Yomawari: Midnight Shadows introduces two brand-new girls, Yui and Haru, to the night and the spirits who haunt it. Separated by a mysterious attacker, each girl will explore haunting and bizarre locations, face the terrors of the night, and test their courage and wits to survive and reconnect with one another.
In the original game, players take the role of a little girl who uses a single flashlight to search in the night for her lost sister and dog. The sequel will use the same concept as the first game, but the game's map will be about twice as large.
Nippon Ichi Software developed the first Yomawari game for PS Vita and released it in Japan in October 2015. NIS America released physical and digital editions for the game in North America and Europe last October. The game launched worldwide on PC last October.
