On Monday June 26, Anime Limited will release the cinema film Anthem of the Heart as a Collectors Blu-ray/DVD. (A standard DVD will follow on August 7.) The official English website for the film described the story:

Jun is a girl whose words have been sealed away. She was once a happy girl, but because of a [certain thing] she said when she was very young, her family was torn apart. One day, the egg fairy appeared in front of her and sealed away her ability to talk in order to stop her from hurting anybody else. Since this traumatic experience, Jun lives in the shadows away from the limelight. But, one day she is nominated to become an executive member of the "community outreach council." On top of that, Jun is also appointed to play the main lead in their musical...

The film reunites staff members from the anohana and Toradora! anime. Tatsuyuki Nagai (A Certain Scientific Railgun, Waiting in the Summer) is again directing the film at the studio A-1 Pictures. Mari Okada (M3 the dark metal, Hana-Saku Iroha) is writing the script, and Masayoshi Tanaka (Highschool of the Dead, Joshiraku) is designing the characters. Like the anohana anime, the story of the new film will be set in Chichibu. The idols of the Nogizaka46 group are contributing their 13th single, "Ima, Hanashitai Dareka ga Iru" (Now, There Is Someone I Want to Talk With) as the film's theme song.

Anime Limited will also release Belladonna of Sadness. The film's story follows Jeanne (Katsutaka Ito) after she is assaulted by a local lord on her wedding night. Vowing revenge, she makes a deal with the Devil (Tatsuya Nakadai). The Devil transforms Jeanne into a black-robed manifestation of her madness and desire.

Eiichi Yamamoto (Star Blazers scriptwriter, Astro Boy: Hero of Space) wrote and directed the film at Mushi Productions. Masahiko Satoh (Grave of the Fireflies, The Fantastic Adventures of Unico) composed the film's soundtrack.

Anime Limited is also releasing the first half of Charlotte as both a Dual Formal combi edition and a standard DVD. (It carries the first 7 episodes.) Aniplex described the story:

One day, a small percentage of adolescents start to experience an onset of special abilities. Yu Otosaka is one of these ability-wielders and he decides to use his power – the ability to take over any target's body for five seconds, to get accepted into a prestigious high school. Just when he is about to start his dream high school life as the popular honor student, a girl named Nao Tomori appears before him. Little does he know, this encounter reveals the cruel fate awaiting the special ability-wielders.

Key released the anime in celebration of its 15th anniversary, and the series is Jun Maeda's second original anime work, with the first being Angel Beats! in 2010.

Funimation will release Attack on Titan Junior High as a Collectors Blu-ray and a DVD. A spoof of Attack on Titan, the series re-imagines Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and other characters from the original manga as students and teachers at Titan Junior High School. The cast members from the original Attack on Titan anime return.

Yoshihide Ibata (Ashiaraiyashiki no Jūnin-tachi, episode director for Kill la Kill, Haikyu!!) is directing the series at Production I.G. Midori Gotou(Hozuki's Coolheadedness, Genshiken: Second Generation) is handling the series composition, Yuuko Yahiro (Diabolik Lovers, B Gata H Kei - Yamada's First Time) is the character designer, and Asami Tachibana(Haikyu!!, Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign, Robotics;Notes) is composing the music.

MVM will release Amagami SS+, which continues to follow the life of Junichi Tachibana after the events of Amagami SS. Much like its predecessor, it is arranged in an omnibus format. Each character arc receives two additional episodes which expand on Junichi's relationship with each girl following the closing episodes of Amagami SS.
