Lostorage conflated WIXOSS Anime Project Revealed as December OVA, 2018 TV Series

The official Twitter account for the Wixoss franchise revealed on Sunday that the Lostorage conflated WIXOSS anime project will be a television anime series that will premiere in 2018. The staff of the project had originally revealed the news at the "Wixoss Expo" event on Sunday. The Twitter account stated that the new series would feature "a new gimmick."
The event also revealed that the "WXSP GORGEOUS SET" item will bundle an all-new anime work titled Lostorage conflated WIXOSS -missing link- on December 14.
The staff had previously stated in April that the "1st Animation" for the new project would premiere this fall, and had hinted that it wouldn't be a television series.
The Twitter account for the franchise had teased a new project in December, after the final episode of the Lostorage incited WIXOSS spinoff television anime (pictured at right) aired. The teaser had stated:

It seems a new "something" has been born.
The 12-episode Lostorage incited WIXOSS anime premiered in October, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired.
The toy and game maker Takara Tomy launched the WIXOSS (pronounced like "wi-cross") card game in April 2014. The Selector Infected Wixoss anime series also premiered that month, followed by a second season, Selector Spread Wixoss, in October of that same year. The Selector Destructed Wixoss anime film then opened in Japan in February 2016.
Funimation released Selector Infected Wixoss on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in September 2015, and released Selector Spread Wixoss on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in June 2016.
